Well, I am officially registered!

And now, I’m incredibly nervous!

However, I am still training and preparing for this big event! As i said before, I am basically following the Jeff Galloway training method. I am trying to stay flexible and listen to my body so some days I venture off the schedule and choose not to run intervals. I am enjoying this process and schedule. It requires 3-4 runs a week and leaves a lot of freedom for me to change up the days because well, scheduling a run the same day of every week isn’t always easy! Especially now that home renovations have begun! Right now I’m averaging 10-12 miles a week in 3 runs. I’ll start posting some weekly recaps on my workouts soon!
